I’d like to share you with you a couple natural and safe ways to take care of your dry scalp.
I know it can be very uncomfortable and embarrassing at the same time, especially if you weren’t expecting it.
There are lots of different reasons why you may get a dry scalp, like drying shampoo, stress, harsh ingredients in your hair products, weather changes, etc.
I believe the natural is the best approach to combat this type of a problem. Our bodies will always benefit from raw ingredients.
I’d like to share with you a few of my favorites…
The first one is coconut oil. It will moisturize your scalp, and its antifungal and antibacterial properties can help reduce the risk of infections.
Another miracle worker is tea tree oil. It has strong antiseptic, antifungal and antibiotic properties that can relieve dry scalp and its symptoms. Add a few drops to a carrier oil of your choice(olive, coconut, jojoba) and massage it into your scalp. Leave it for 10 minutes before washing it out.
Aloe vera is another fabulous option. It has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce skin irritation and it’s also an effective moisturizing agent. Work it into your scalp and let it sit for 10 minutes before washing it out.

Bananas are nourishing and moisturizing, making them a great treatment for dry scalp and even dandruff in addition to being moisturizing, they are a natural antimicrobial. To make it even tastier try adding avocados!
They contain monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids that can both moisturize and protect your skin.
This extra boost will definitely benefit your dry, itchy scalp.
Use it with a carrier oil and keep it on for 10 min before washing out.
